PHP deploy starts, but no front page is available
The front page is missing: / answered 403. There is no index.php anywhere in ~/project, so nothing in this project is a front page. Add an index.php, or set docroot in panelalpha.yaml to the directory that holds the application. A repository that is a library rather than a site has no front page to serve.

Why it happens
The PHP container starts and responds on port 8000, but the root path returns HTTP 403. Engine could not find an index.php in the project directory, so it has no front page to serve. The archive may be a library or the application may be located in a different document root.
