Don’t let AI turn your server into a mess.

Giving AI full root access means open ports, random settings and one project affecting another. PanelAlpha Engine sets the rules:

  • Less room for mistakes.AI works through Engine, not directly on the server.
  • A clear structure.Projects, accounts and domains, all stay organized.
  • Project isolation. Each runs separately in its own Docker container.

Building projects with AI is fun. Running them on your own server usually isn’t. Most self-hosted tools are still technical and expect you to know your way around DevOps. PanelAlpha Engine changes that. Connect it to your AI and let it handle the deployment, setup and day-to-day management for you, inside a safe, controlled environment. You get the benefits of self-hosting without having to become a sysadmin or worry about AI making a mess of your server.

Yes, PanelAlpha Engine has been created as a tool for AI agents to manage your own servers. This means that you need to have a server, potentially a VPS, to run it. Perhaps in the future we will also simplify the process of buying servers, so you won’t even have to run an install command.

You can connect pretty much any AI agent that works with an MCP server. We specifically provided an explanation of how to use it with the most popular ones in our Documentation:

Connecting AI Agent to PanelAlpha Engine

Our primary objective for PanelAlpha Engine is to make it a universal tool for ANY project. Whether it’s a static site, WordPress, a front-end or back-end solution, it should work. This means that it can support your own tools, vibe-coded projects, but also open source projects.

See what projects work

PanelAlpha Engine is free and open source. You pay for your server and your AI subscription, both of which you already have. Debugging through PanelAlpha Engine runs on your agent’s subscription, not on API tokens.

In order to make PanelAlpha Engine support “any project”, we need to make sure that we get information about the errors you are facing and can potentially reproduce them on our end. PanelAlpha Engine collects data about the technology stack and repository that you are using (only if it’s public!). PanelAlpha Engine prepares a report that you can preview yourself, and it does not send any content from your project files to our servers. You can always opt out of reporting, just keep in mind that we won’t even know that you have an issue and we won’t be able to solve it unless someone else faces the same problem.

Yes! PanelAlpha Engine had already been working for over 2 years as a back-end for WordPress hosting providers before we decided to open it and support other stacks. We already have a few thousand sites running on it in production with dozens of different providers.
