Compose build fails because required files are missing

Why it happens
The Dockerfile tries to copy Models, desktop, and publish into the image, but those paths are not present in the Docker build context. The image build therefore cannot calculate their checksums and stops before the application starts. The obsolete Compose version warnings are informational and are not the cause.
