Why it happens
The application build completed successfully, but Docker Compose rejected the project during startup. The app service still declares a dependency on traefik, while the Express strategy kept or generated a Compose configuration where that service was unavailable. The missing ACME_EMAIL variable is a warning, but it is not the direct failure.
