Why it happens
The Angular assets compile successfully, but the deploy then tries to start the app with Docker Compose. The expected file at /home/<account>/project/docker-compose.yml is not present in the checked-out repository. This indicates a mismatch between the Angular/static build strategy and the configured Compose-based startup.
