PHP dependency install failed: mcrypt extension is missing
This project needs the PHP extension mcrypt, which is not in the PHP image it runs on.
TypeErrorAn error that occurred in the deployed application. It is not necessarily a PanelAlpha Engine error, but we keep working on improvements so you run into fewer of them.

Why it happens
The project requires PHP extension ext-mcrypt, but the PHP 8.1 image used for the deploy does not provide it. Composer could not resolve dependencies and stopped the build. No composer.lock file was present, so Composer attempted an update rather than a locked install.
