Phorge recipe's database starts without a root password
The service project-db-1 did not start (unhealthy), so the application was not started either. Why it happens
The engine's Phorge recipe runs its own MySQL server and relied on the engine filling in that server's passwords. The engine no longer does that for a recipe's own compose file, so MySQL refuses to start.
