Old webpack 4 build is not compatible with Node 17 and newer

Why it happens
The project builds with react-scripts 3 (webpack 4), which uses a hash algorithm that OpenSSL 3 in Node 17 and newer refuses. The engine builds it with Node 22 because the project does not declare a Node version.
