Long Rust build is stopped as stalled while it is still compiling
The build step "env PWD=/home/zd1/project docker compose --project-directory /home/zd1/project -f /home/zd1/project/docker-compose.panelalpha.yml up -d --remove-orphans --build" printed nothing for 901 seconds and was stopped. Last output: "#22 298.2 Compiling qdrant v1.19.1 (/qdrant)". It was most likely stuck on a download or network call; deploy again, and if it stalls at the same point, check that step.
Why it happens
The engine stops a build step that prints nothing for 15 minutes. A long single-crate Rust compile (with link-time optimisation) is silent for that long while it is still working, and the check that should notice the activity reads too little CPU.
