Why it happens
The application started and database preparation completed, but Engine rejected the assembled deployment configuration because two YAML files define the platform ID adminer. The duplicate appears during the running stage, after containers and dependencies have already been started. The RubyLLM warning and empty IP lookup key are not the reported failure.
