Why it happens
The install reached dependency resolution but could not satisfy slskd-api==0.2.4. That release requires Python 3.11 or newer, while this deployment is using Python 3.10-compatible packages and the project declares Python >=3.10. The package registry has older compatible releases, but not a matching 0.2.4 build for the selected runtime.
