The service plex-claim did not start (exited with code 1), so the application was not started either. It printed: plex: plex.tv did not accept PLEX_CLAIM (claim tokens expire after 4 minutes and work once). Get a fresh one at https://plex.tv/claim, update PLEX_CLAIM and redeploy. The full output is in the deploy log.

Why it happens
This app cannot run without an account or server at a third-party service (for example an API key, an OAuth app, a claim token or the address of a server it manages). Its recipe checks for those settings and stops the deploy when they are missing.
