Compose env file created empty although the repository ships its template
The service openstatus-workflows did not start (unhealthy), so the application was not started either. Why it happens
The compose file loads .env.docker, and the repository ships .env.docker.example for it. The engine created an empty .env.docker instead of copying the template, so the workflows service failed its environment check.
